Waterfalls and Wineries in Portland

Standard DreamTrip
Marvel at the rugged beauty of the Columbia River Gorge area — including Oregon’s beloved Multnomah Falls! — and treat your taste buds to a fabulous wine-tasting tour at 2 local wineries. (Ages 21+ only) Book by February 20.

About Your Trip

Swirl, sip and savor — you and your fellow DreamTrippers will have a blast sampling an array of wine varietals during this fun adventure for guests ages 21 years and older. You’ll visit 2 wonderful wineries to tour, taste and learn about the rapidly-growing Columbia Gorge winemaking region. But first, you’ll be awestruck by Oregon’s spectacular natural beauty. Start your outing at Vista House, taking in panoramic views of Columbia River Gorge from above before venturing to gorgeous Latourell Falls and the stunning Multnomah Falls, Oregon’s No. 1 natural attraction!

What we love:

  • The Columbia River Gorge boasts the highest concentration of waterfalls on the continent. Don’t forget your camera, as views here provide the perfect backdrop for selfies and group photos!
  • Multnomah Falls is particularly notable for its 2 sections — the upper falls plummets an astounding 542 feet (165 meters) into a pool and then drops 69 feet (21 meters) to form a creek that flows into the Columbia River.
  • Local treasures unfold right at your hotel doorstep, too, making it easy to check out city highlights, such as Portland Art Museum, Waterfront Park and the farmer’s market at Portland State University.
